That's personally my favorite website as you can make a decent amount with it. I have already categorized it among Top 5 Technical Freelance Jobs websites, but am listing it here too for non technical people. The reason being, apart from the usual technical jobs, it does have a section called "Fun and Bizarre" where all you need is your creative mind to fill up your pockets.
At Fiverr, you can post a "Gig" which is nothing put a statement which tells people what you can do for $5. Check this gig on fever. I will sing Happy Birthday as jungle boy in the River for $5 This man earns just by signing Happy Birthday as Jungle Boy.

Though it may again be classified as Technical Jobs, but learning SEO is pretty easy. Though tough is its application. It is like a Math Sum. Easy to learn formula but difficult to apply it. But only practice can make you perfect. I feel anyone with good analytical skills can grasp it quickly
So why SEO? With more and more people turning to blogging and with every small business wanting to set up their own websites, competition for the first page on google is increasing with every passing day. With least knowledge about how to get ranked better, these newbies to the word wide web look out for hiring people for driving traffic to the website/blog. And this is where SEO's can earn quick bucks. I can only see career graphs of SEO experts moving towards the sky atleast for the remainder of decade.

These jobs are the easiest of the Lot. However pay too is lowest. But there are Paid to Click Websites like Clixsense which apart from regular PTC Jobs, offers you chance to earn with Surveys and certain offers. It also offers Microjobs from Crowdflower. Also Clixsense has an MLM or Affiliate system, wherein you can make money by referring others.
Though surveys pay really good, you may not be eligible for a lot of surveys. Crowdflower tasks roo are hard to find and pay really less at Level 0, However once you reach Level 1, Tasks are in abundance and pay rates too increase substantially. one can easily earn $1-$1.5 an hour at level 1.

My strategy to earn money from Neobux.
1. Choose a time of day that you can click ads and eventually manage your referrals at the same time everyday. Click all available ads everyday. It only costs $0.90 to rent the referrals but you will need the remainder to properly manage them and keep good referrals for more than a month. Put the autopay function on.

4. Every time your account balance reaches $1 transfer the money to your rental balance. 6. It will take a while but continue the above listed process until you reach 300 referrals. At this point stop renting and just maintain your referrals. Any money that you are not sinking into referral maintenance or renting is profit for you. You will be cashing out a significant amount of money per day, up to $50.

You don't even need to be as famous as other are suggesting. Lets do some math.
Based on this blog, pre-roll ads generate $5 per 1k views and banner ads generate $0.80 per 1k view. For this example we will settle on average $2 per 1k views.
$20k*500 = 10M views
Now you know all your videos must bring traffic of at least 10M views every month. If you upload 3 videos a week (12 videos a month), each has to bring at least 833k views.

Idea 2. I am a final year CS engineering student living in bangalore and I come from a middle class family which is not very affluent. Create a startup! Watch How to Start a Startup by Y - Combinator which is currently the best accelerator in the world (they invested in DropBox, Air B&B etc). They hosted this class at Stanford and it is completely free to watch. This will definitely get you started in the right direction. Someone even came up with an app based on the class to help you organize your ideas and answer their main questions! As a matter of fact starting up with a tech startup nowadays is extremely cheap compared to say 10 years ago. The site is basically a virtual online classroom for freelance teachers and students. Anyone can offer lessons (and set their own price), and anyone can take lessons. From a quick scan, it looks like making $15 to 20/hour is a fair expectation.

I've been trying out this Android app called Locket that puts ads on your lock screen and pays you for each time you unlock your phone.

There is a way which doesn't need any investment. You can earn by using some PTC (Paid To Click)
You need to invest at least 30 minutes per day.
First read everything from end to start and then register on websites.
The following sites are called PTC sites(paid to click). Which pays you for clicking ads and watching them. It requires a lot of patience to really earn gool like $100 a day!! That to for just clicking few ads.
There are three ways to earn on these sites:
1. By clicking ads: Income is not good it is only $0.04-$0.06. I know it is not that good but have patience. Rest two methods are best.
2.Direct Referrals: You can refer others like I am doing you can get 50%-150% of your referrals earnings. In short they will earn for you and themselves. Because you will be paid by website not by your referrals.
3.Rent referrals: If you are not good at refering others personally you can rent people who were joined ptc sites on their own. The earnings are same as direct referrals. But, you have to pay monthly(reinvest that you have earned on that site).
Some warnings please read before registering:
1. Only one user per PC is allowed. Don't open multiple accounts on same sites from one PC.
